It also includes optional Scottishtams (hats) to accessorize your coos. The quilt includes two types of coo blocks: the front-facing coos looking in two directions (10.5in x 15in finished) and the side coo (15in x 15in finished). You can make each coo with or without theScottish tam. Additionally, the pattern includes two different thistle blocks to create the borders.The coo blocks are versatile and can be used in other projects, such as tote bags, runners, jackets,and more! We designed this quilt using traditional piecing techniques, so no paper piecing is involved. Thequilt requires precision piecing, with small pieces, straight-line sewing, and some points tomatch.
